Ben Sink

Trombone

Ben Sink began playing trombone at the age of ten in the Manchester, NH, public schools. In high school, he performed with the Boston Youth Symphony traveling to Germany and the Czech Republic sharing the stage with Yo Yo Ma.

Ben received his bachelor's degree from St. Olaf College where he played for four years with the acclaimed St. Olaf Orchestra. In this capacity he toured across nearly twenty US states and several major cities in China.

When he’s not playing music, Ben enjoys hiking, gardening, and snowboarding. Currently a Dover resident, he is also a member of the Portsmouth Symphony Orchestra’s trombone section.
