Mike Pantanella

Trumpet

Mike Pantanella began playing in Drum and Bugle Corps at age 10, when his brother told him "we're joining the Annunciators Drum and Bugle Corps", and he said "what's that?", and was told, "don't worry about it, just come and join". They put a bugle in his hand, and he hasn't stopped playing since.

Currently, Mike is performing in, "One Moe Time", a 60s, Motown, Funk and Rock Party band, and the "Crusaders Senior Drum and Bugle Corps" (still marching!). He also sings with "Voices Of Hope", a group that raises money for cancer research by putting on shows and performances. Happily, since Mike has joined the "New Legacy Swing Band" in 2021, he's had a chance to live out one of his bucket list items, playing and singing in a Big Band, and for that, he thanks the leaders and members of the "New Legacy Swing Band" for the opportunity to sing, play trumpet, and perform wonderful music with wonderful people!
